All product descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse any order for any reason. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency and do not include taxes or shipping fees unless expressly stated.

When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the selected products under these Terms. We may accept or decline your order in our sole discretion. Payment must be received before products are shipped. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues.

We ship to the addresses and regions listed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control.

We accept returns of unopened products and damaged products in accordance with the terms posted on our Site at the time of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@joinnutrova.com with your order details. Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

If we offer subscription or auto-ship programs, the terms applicable to those programs will be presented at signup and in your account dashboard. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription in accordance with those terms. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.

You may have the opportunity to submit reviews, comments, questions, or other content to the Site. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but you grant Nutrova a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Site and our products.

You agree not to submit content that is:

• False, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful;
• Infringing on the intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights of any third party;
• Spam, commercial solicitations, or viruses or other harmful code;

The Site and all content, features, and functionality included on it — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, software, and code — are owned by Nutrova or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nutrova disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. Product results may vary from person to person. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any new supplement, diet, or exercise program.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Nutrova or its directors, employees, partners, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nutrova and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in or nearest to Port St. Lucie, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
