Thank you for shopping with Nutrova. The following shipping and return policy applies to all purchases made through joinnutrova.com.

1. Shipping policy

You can trust that your order will be processed quickly and delivered safely. We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations using the shipping method you choose at checkout.

When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates based on product availability, the shipping method selected, and your shipment's destination. Items in stock typically ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow additional time during launches, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the shipping method selected, and are shown before you complete your purchase. Applicable taxes are calculated separately.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States. Orders below the free-shipping threshold will be charged a standard shipping rate displayed at checkout.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, duties, taxes, or other regulations that apply in their country. Nutrova is not responsible for customs or duty fees incurred from international shipments.

Please verify that your country allows the shipment of the products you order before completing your purchase. If an order is seized by customs, we cannot issue a refund unless all products are returned to us in original, resellable condition.

2. Returns & refunds

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of the original purchase date. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following must be met:

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original condition.
  • The original manufacturer's packaging is undamaged and intact.
  • All original items, inserts, and packaging are included.

Nutrova reserves the right to charge a restocking fee or refuse a return if the items are not received in new, resellable condition, or if the return appears fraudulent or abusive.

How to start a return

To start a return, contact us at hello@joinnutrova.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization, if applicable. Do not ship items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable number of business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Cancellations

You may request an order cancellation if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under our Return Policy above.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at hello@joinnutrova.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

4. Damaged or missing items

Claims for damaged orders or missing items must be received within 24 business hours of delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@joinnutrova.com with photos of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable.

We will review your claim and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit for damaged or missing items. Original shipping charges may not be refunded unless the issue was caused by our error.

5. Health & safety

We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement, diet, or exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
